By registering and using Design Electric ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms.
The Service is a tool that assists in extracting switchgear drawings and producing a bill of materials, provided "as-is", and may be updated, changed or temporarily suspended for maintenance.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Each new account is granted an amount of tokens; each analysis consumes tokens based on the size of the job.
The extracted results, device list, unit prices and drawings produced by the Service are a reference aid and do NOT replace review by a qualified engineer. Users must verify, cross-check and take responsibility for the data before using it for quotations, technical documents, ordering or construction. Especially for image/scanned drawings, results may contain errors and should be reviewed using the Review function.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages (direct or indirect) arising from the use of the Service's results, including but not limited to: extraction errors, price discrepancies, or procurement/construction decisions based on the results.
You agree not to: upload unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights; attack, scan or disrupt the system; or use excessive automation that overloads the server.
Drawings you upload remain yours. The software, interface and database of the Service belong to us.
We may update these terms; the new version takes effect when published. Continued use means acceptance of the changes.
